Fee Schedule

Discounts are available for payment at time of service and if insurance billing is not needed.  

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and major credit card.​

Initial Acupuncture Treatment: 90 minutes
Follow-up Acupuncture Treatments: 45-75 minutes
Herbs Only Initial Evaluation: 1 hour
Herbs Only Follow-up: 30 minutes

Insurance

Mossop Acupuncture is in the process of becoming preferred/in-network provider for several insurance plans, including:

Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield

NYSHIP Empire Plan
CDPHP

If your insurance plan covers acupuncture, we will bill the plan directly and you will only be responsible for the co-payment. It is important to verify that you have coverage prior to your initial visit.  If your insurance company declines to cover for acupuncture, you are responsible for full payment.

Mossop Acupuncture is no longer able to take BlueShield of Northeastern New York or Aetna. We are also not able to take Medicare or Medicaid.
